Influence Waterfowl Calls
32 A.P.E. cache type ammo cans!!!! How do you haul them you might ask! Well if you have a Chevy Cavalier Cache Coupe... The next question is "Now that they are loaded, where should I place them?" How about a 32 stage multi where when you find the final there is a note saying you can have the previous stage container if you place the final in its location? Or until it gets 31 finders and then make it a traditional. What do you think? Link to comment
+Bad_CRC
man, with all the paranoia of terrorism and such, I wouldn't want to be driving that car down the road and get stopped by the police. But I sure wish I lived near you, I'd love to find 32 caches that size instead of all the micros around here. Edited August 14, 2008 by Bad_CRC Link to comment

I think it would be fine, but its a good idea to make sure before you do all that work. One thing I did when I had a bunch of ammo boxes was I concealed 10 in a large crevice, then hid a cache nearby with a note inside with the coords to the ammo boxes. The first 10 finders were allowed to take one ammo box. Link to comment

+Runaround
What do you think? I think a trailer hitch on a Chevy Cavalier identifies you as an optimist. Link to comment
+wapahani
What do you think? Me thinks you are likely to have a tape recording of a few 911 calls about your travels. "911, what is your emergency" "yes, some person is driving their car down the road and have a bunch of boxes with army stuff on them!" "Ok, what is your location"..... You get the picture. Best bet, only set out as many as you fit in your trunk and backseat out of view! Not to mention you will probably get a ticket for obstructed view. Link to comment
+cameltrekor
Hah, very cool. (are those little cans just outside the CCCC?) Only thing I would change is make the first stage NOT a ammo can. That way, when its down to just one can left its still a multi. Link to comment
Clan Riffster
Now that they are loaded, where should I place them? Those are gonna take some REALLY BIG lamp post kilts to hide them under. Link to comment
+JacobBarlow
So that's the A.P.E. Size? I thought they were different when I heard people talk about them, I've placed several that are like the cans pictured above. Link to comment
+CYBret
I'm afraid you've got me beat in quality and quantity. I picked these up in Indy on Monday for the Moonshine event at the end of the month. There'll be a total of 40 of these to give away...each with something special inside. I'm just glad I didn't get stopped on the way home....the 30 ammo boxes wouldn't have been too difficult but the pineapple grenade in the drink holder might have raised the threat level. Influence Waterfowl Calls
You guys are funny! The pics of my caching coupe were put on. I actually hauled them on a 5' x 10' trailer. << removed commercial reference >> I thought about holding a cache spawn event and selling them at the event. The event would feature different types of cache containers and methods of hiding to spawn more and better hides! Any thoughts? Edited August 15, 2008 by Moose Mob Link to comment
