+bsafrit
Recently found a specil geocoin on our first ever cache find. I have been trying to log our retrieval of the coin but when I put the tracking number into the "Travel Bug Tracking #" field on the log page, I get the error "No match." The tracking id, TB1EXCK, I got directly from the geocache site where I found the coin. Can someone help out here on how to log this? Quote Link to comment
+Isonzo Karst
I'd guess that you're misreading the # - using the letter "O" instead of the numeral "0" zero, "B" for "8" or some similar error. Use a magnifying glass and a good light to read the number. Quote Link to comment

+-CacheMonkey-
The TB number is NOT the coin tracking number, just the trackable number assigned by GC.com. What you need is the number engraved directly on the coin. THAT is the actual tracking number. You need that number to prove that you actually have the coin in hand. Quote Link to comment
+Sandy Hams
The geocoin should have a number printed on the coin. Use this number to log/track the coin. Also, perhaps the coin has not been activated. You can check this at the website printed on the coin. Quote Link to comment
