+beatlesfan
I used to be able to print the info for a cache including the map but now the maps don't print. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can resume printing the maps? Quote Link to comment
+jeffbouldin
I hit Ctrl-PrtSc, then open Microsoft Paint and hit Ctrl-V. That will paste a screen shot of the map into Paint and you can setup your page and print it. Quote Link to comment
chuckr30
Did your browser upgrade itself for any reason? Which browser and OS are you using? Don't forget to show us the browser version. I use Firefox 2.0.0.14 on Win XP and I think the maps print for me. Although the maps are too far from the geocache to be of much use for me. I prefer them a little more zoomed in. I prefer them a little more zoomed in. Actually the maps don't print for me either. This is my theory. The maps used to be images that didn't change. Your browser can print images just fine. Now someone changed the maps to be interactive Flash applets. Your browser cannot print Flash applets. Just a guess. Quote Link to comment
+Raksota
When I used Google Chrome, I could print the maps. Now that Google chrome no longer supports Geocaching.com. I am using Internet Explorer or Firefox. Neither of them will allow me to print any Geocache location maps. Has anyone figured it out yet? "Raksota" Quote Link to comment
+Viajero Perdido
The maps are not Flash, and nothing's changed recently about how they're rendered on the cache page. (I'd know right away because I disable Flash.) Have you clicked the Notes about Printing Maps link below the main map on the cache page? Quote Link to comment
+edscott
I'd try a Screen shot, then save as .jpg or .pdf and print from that file. Is a fix that seems to work for me in many situations. Quote Link to comment
