Garmin Oregon

Recommended Posts

the Oregon is due out any day now in the UK... Im currently a 60CSx user and wished to get a Colorado .. So my question is... is the Oregon the replacement fro the Colorado? the specs look almost identical? Whats the the offcial word on this?

Id be interested to see how the touchscreen looks in direct sunlight... my 60CSx screen is superb in this. Also does it mean one has to remove their gloves to iperate the touchscreen?! Hmmm Its never really that cold in the UK but its more the practicality that could annoy me. However, Oregon looks like a nice piece of kit!

I have posted the results of my visibility comparisons on my Flickr Photo Page. Visibility Comparison: From left to right: Garmin MAP60CSx, Garmin Oregon 400T, AT&T Tilt. The AT&T Tilt is a cell phone with a 'touch screen' and an internal GPS receiver.
