They are actually the reviewer for Manitoba and Saskatchewan and have been around a while. To become a reviewer? First, the frontal lobotomy. Second, cases and cases of Milkbones to the puppymonster. Third, hit MissJenn's paypal account. Heavy. And I am not talking about the little wimpy Milkbones either. Or small boxes. He is not easily impressed, so you have to make an impression.
