+usyoopers Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 We will be visiting Puerto Vallarta from Aug 28 - Sept 4. We will have a rental car so day trips are in order, what were your favorite caches to do?? Quote
+gonini Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 I was there last year, but was only able to find Puerto Virtualia. It is an easy virtual on the malecón. So if you're staying in or near the old part of town, head down to the Starbucks for a morning or afternoon coffee and get this one. Enjoy Vallarta! Quote
+ArmandoM Posted June 25, 2008 Posted June 25, 2008 (edited) Well, a quick search close to the Virtual that gonini posted shows that there's another cache very close. Los Arcos Edited June 25, 2008 by Armando & Co. Quote

We like to get away from the crowds and see the "real" country. We will be watching for this cache to come up. Quote
Meru Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 There's a new cache just between Vallarta and Manzanillo following the coast road. It is called Polita and it contains my TB Sonny the Cuckoo Bird...if you have a chance to go for it, please do it. I think the location of this cahe is great, but my poor TB Sonny feels a little bit solo over there. A little company from a new cacher would make him and his owner very happy!!... MERU Quote
dirkfeldhaus Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 The cache at Mascota has been published. I realy recomend this little town. If you go there have fun and enjoy. Dirk Feldhaus Quote
