+dctalk007
Does anyone know where i can get geocoins for cheaper than let's say $10. I would get more and place more into caches but they are on average twice as much as TB's Quote Link to comment

+Droo
Until recently most geocoins cost about $10 with shipping included but increases in energy costs have resulted in higher cost at the mint to make these custom beauties. However you must realize that these are unique projects, not continually produced items like tb dog tags. So a fair price ought to be $10 + shipping (all things being equal), in my opinion. Micro coins are less expensive and coins like cointags, cachertags and the like can be found for about $5 + shipping. Please realize too that $1.85 of each coin goes to the tracking and custom icon fee. Quote Link to comment
+MountainRacer
TBs are much cheaper and, if you put some thought into making them, can be less attractive to potential 'keepers' than coins. I don't think I'd ever release my coins; bugs are just a better investment if you want to set a traveller free. That said, micro coins usually run cheaper, albeit for a smaller product. Events with their own coins sometimes cut attendees a special deal, so if you live in a cacher-dense area that holds events on a regular basis, try to get to a few. Quote Link to comment
+WRITE SHOP ROBERT
Win them for free in COINTESTS!! I've seen some nice ones at Crakeproductions.com and if you want really cheap ones that are not likely to get jacked into a collection, geocoins.net has them. Quote Link to comment
