Pocket Query Problem

I ran my PQs last night. I never received them. The list shows them being generated, but nothing in my email. So, today I tried again with no luck. I even tried sending them to my gmail. Is anyone else having problems receiving their PQs?

Yes. I am getting ready to leave for a big caching weekend and I am not getting my PQ's. It is going to make for a tough caching weekend if I can't load my GPS.

I'm guessing that you have Comcast as an ISP. Looks like they're throttling again. Good luck getting through to complain - I was on hold for an hour yesterday. I haven't received a geocaching.com email since 1pm yesterday. Back to gmail for me!

Same problem here. Yes, I have a comcast address. I've switched the output to an alternative gmail address - hopefully this will fix the problem, if indeed it's the culprit.

The last time this happened, the backlog of queued mail just bogged down everything. I switched my PQ delivery to gmail last night. My Friday PQs, which normally arrive at 4am, weren't generated until 6am-ish, and took 25-35 minutes to arrive in my gmail box. I have yet to receive any notifications from yesterday in my Comcast box.

I just ran another and it did come through this time on my gmail. Dang it now Im at my limit for the day and can't run the one I really wanted.

Comcast converted to RoadRunner out here in CA. I got two PQs last night - a new one at 12:02 am and one of the standard Friday PQs at 12:32 am. Nothing since. I have one more standard one still pending.
