MinelabMan Posted May 9, 2008 Share Posted May 9, 2008 Ever since I hid my first cache about 1 month ago, all notifications have stopped coming to me--no watchlists, no weekly notice of new caches and no notification when people visit my cache. I emailed Groundspeak and they said it might be my ISP blocking items from that address as spam. I don't think so but sent them an email to make sure that the IP was not blocked. Groundspeak recommended that I post this problem to see if others were experiencing it. My ISP is Verizon.net. Is anyone else having this issue or have any suggestions to correct the problem? +Cache O'Plenty Posted May 9, 2008 Share Posted May 9, 2008 No problem here. I've received several Watchlist items today. And the Weekly notice came in today, as well. Don't have Verizon though (phone yes, ISP no). Sounds like either your ISP or your profile has the wrong address. Link to comment

Today it seems to be working fine. I am using hotmail so that might have been the problem although I have never experienced it before. Link to comment
