+feklar Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 Howdy! I've loaded Topo 2008 on to my sd card. I can view the images okay as long as I want to view only the areas near my present location. Is there a way to "scroll" through the maps and see an area I'm interested in say 200 miles away? The find function does not seem to do it. Thanks for any advice! Quote Link to comment

+larryc43230 Posted May 5, 2008 Share Posted May 5, 2008 Here's another method that I use sometimes: * Find the geographic coordinates of a location known to be in the area you want to view. * Press "Mark" and create a new waypoint at those coordinates. * With that waypoint displayed, press "Map" to view the map of that area (zooming in as needed) --Larry Quote Link to comment
