+The Lost Geeks Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 This coin was unveiled at the MARC II Geocache Bash (GC19Z8K) on May 3, 2008 in Lunenburg, NS. Most coins were sold at the event. For those who were not able to attend, a few are now available for sale on this site. The 3 Geeks Outdoor Store This was the 2nd Annual MARC Geocache Bash and was promoted by the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg. The Municipality are avid supporters of geocaching as an equal recreational opportunity for all having caches located in their parks throughout the county. For this event only 135 coins made. This is a 1.5 inch coin and is 3mm thick. The coin is trackable on Geocaching.com and has it own Icon. The coin is only available in Satin Silver. CF30 We only produced 100 of those and they are all over the world now!! I personally only have three that I kept, two mounted in hiking sticks and one in our portfolio binder.
