Make our own database? Can we use the database of GC? Thanks GeocacherQ You can log them on Waymarking.com. It's a very good facility once you get used to it, and should be less "separate" later this year. Portuguese, Spanish, Australian, US and UK/Ireland benchmarks/trig points/geodetic markers are already on there so why not add a Belgian category too? Quote Link to comment

+Virtua Cop
Anybody knows what format GC.Com needs to bring another database in the system? Thanks..... Quote Link to comment
AZcachemeister
I don't think GC.com is going to add another database considering they are not updating the one they have (for Benchmarks). Benchmark FAQ For marks not currently in the database one is encouraged to waymark it. I don't know what it would take to create a Belgian benchmark category. I think I read somewhere that new benchmark categories are not being created, however. Quote Link to comment
+Virtua Cop
In the FAQ you can read this.... We'll try to find other databases and add them to the site as well. If you have access to one of these databases and would like to submit it to Groundspeak, contact us. Greetz GeocacherQ aka Peter Quote Link to comment

Contact Groundspeak and ask them what format they want the new database in! We all wish you the best of luck! Please let us know the answer so we might hunt Belgian benchmarks on our next vacation.
