After playing with him for two days I think that he is quite mellow and I have only heard him bark I think 3 times....He is definitely not a dominant dog but he is proably the middle of the three with Molly being the top dog and Rocky the wuss! LOL But don't guess Mellow Yellow by Donovan as that isn't on the list......

Did you know that James is the call name of the gorgeous springer that won the Best in Show at Westminster Kennel Club show in 2007? The week after Abbey died he was at the Detroit Kennel Club show and I just had to see him. Of course I cried but they let me hug him......

Your dog reminded me a cartoon I was watching as a kid, with the Musketeers and d' Artagnan! all were actually dogs but the story was exact the same!!! :)

Actually the cartoon series had the name: Dogtanian_and_the_Three_Muskehounds

There were many dogs similar to your dog in this dog cartoon, just because their ears and their hair there, were similar to the way men had their hair or their wigs in that time of period!!! ;)

Wow so many great songs! I have been singing along. AND great names!!! I have made a list of the ones I like the best so far and it is going to be hard to choose. But I can guarantee it wont't be Go Stay or Fetch after watching that video LMAO!!!!!

 

Here's a bit about springers if it helps. They are happy go lucky dogs and eager to please. Many are "velco" dogs. They love water and squeaky toys. Very intelligent. My first springer learned to get into the kitchen cabinets. I had to put on the child latches for her--3 different brands. She learned to open all of them even the ones with 2 movements required to open them!!

 

I have to decide on a name before I have him microchipped so
