Barontoo
The TB193TB7 is recently spotted in the hands of Movtb. But when one click on the profile of this cacher, one can see that that he did not find yet a cache nor a TB. Who can explain that to me? Thanks. BARONTOO Quote Link to comment
Belfrypotters
Very odd indeed. And the last log says nothing about Movtb, rather it has it listed in a cache in Germany, but that cache doesn't have the TB listed on its page. This is a job for detective BlueDeuce! Quote Link to comment
Eartha
It does show up in the cache's history as having been there. Let me look into this. I'll be back. Quote Link to comment
Eartha
Sometimes a system glitch can make this happen. I've emailed Groundspeak to look into it. Quote Link to comment
Eartha
OK, the page is fixed, and the bug shows as being in the cache again, but if there is anyone who knows anyone anywhere near that cache, someone might want to confirm that it is actually physically there. Quote Link to comment
Barontoo
Thanks Eartha. I will ask someone to control that cache and let you know. Quote Link to comment
BlueDeuce
Yeah, at first the name Mov-TB was suspicious. Yes, you can retrieve a bug without logging a cache and yes you can delete your retrieve log and still have it in your inventory. But the retrieve log wasn't deleted so it appeared to be a technical site issue. And that's my story. Quote Link to comment
BlueDeuce
I have a few minutes this evening to surf the forum so I'm not going to have a lot of time to dig into this tonight. Other than the bug having technical tracking issues, I guess I'm not clear on the concern. People hand off bugs between each other, log them into various caches. Is there something improper happening here? Quote Link to comment
