Just out of curiosity

After reading some comments elsewhere I got a need to find out what peoples replies would be [and no it's not a April Fools Joke :) ]

If a set of Stocks was set up at a cache event with a barrel of Wet sponges

i: How much would you pay to have a chuck of one at a fellow cacher sat in the stocks?

ii: How much would you pay for 5 sponges

and the most important question ;)

iii: How much would you pay to throw a wet sponge at a Reviewer sat in the stocks :)

all sounding very commercial....more n more n more

Sorry but this is MY idea from comments made as a joke by others.

No monies if it did happen would be going in Anyone's pockets!

The idea being to create a fun activity for others to enjoy on the day. As stated it's just a idea dependant on Interest and sufficient volunteers. I personally would take a stint in the stocks, as to my colleagues well you'd have to ask them if they were mad enough to volunteer  Personally I know I've got a screw or 2 lose :)

Is this still an ongoing thread?

I'd happily volunteer if the money was going to charity.

Maybe we should make it more interesting and have the pillory locked and the keys placed in a tricky cache somewhere near the event?

The first person to find the keys gets to give a forfeit to the victim. Or, if the victim is the one who sets the cache, maybe we could time how long it takes to find the keys. If it's before an allotted time, the volunteer has to undergo a forfeit perhaps?

Could make the whole exercise more interesting!
