But there are no logs saying who completed it. There is also not an uploaded file of their completion. Or am I just not looking in the right spot? My cartridge. Quote Link to comment

If that's the case, we'll have to ask one of the Groundspeak people. I haven't published a cartridge yet (mostly due to lack of time to get out in the field), so I'm less than familiar with the controls from that angle. Quote Link to comment

As far as I know there are no ways to know who has marked completed a cartridge. Logs are optional and not connected to either the unlocking (with the completition code) or the upload of the save file.
