Not Receiving Any Notifications

The weekly update originates from a different sending address, lobot @ geocaching.com. Check for blocks, filters, etc. on the address for notifications (owner, watchlist, etc.) which is noreply @ geocaching.com. Ask your ISP if you don't solve the problem on your side. You can also write to Groundspeak and ask them to research your account and provide a log of when the messages were sent to you, refused by your ISP, etc.

I have been receiving all notifications except the ones I really, really want (newly published caches). This has been an ongoing problem that seems to occur several times a week for the past month or so. Sometimes I get them and sometimes I don't. Three other cachers I know (using a total of four email services) have been experience the same thing to varying degrees.
