Premium Member Credit Card Info. ~HELP~

I recently changed my credit card and need to update the info to pay my premium subscription. Where do I go to do this?

I had the same problem, and was unable to update my paypal account with the new credit card for that annual purchase. I was unable to do so. It seems that when Groundspeak puts it in it is permanent. The only way to do it as far as I know is to delete that purchase and start over at Groundspeak.

I was able to change my credit card info on the profile page of Paypal.

 

I didn't catch it until after the old one had expired and the payment was declined but was able to change the info ( I think just the exp. date was all I needed) and two days later the membership renewal went through without any problems.

I believe the difference was that I was changing credit cards entirely like the OP and it would not let me do this.

With Paypal, you must delete the credit card info and then log out!!! Go in a few minutes later and add a new credit card, then have Paypal verify the new card. It takes sometimes up to a day for this to happen and can be quite annoying.

On second thought, Groundspeak will now take credit cards directly through their site. It might be more advantageous to do it that way. I have to renew shortly, and have been checking out the options
