Delta68 Posted February 27, 2008 Posted February 27, 2008 Can someone please post the url for creating the TB summary for use on other web sites please? Is it actually listed anywhere? Thanks Quote
BlueDeuce Posted February 27, 2008 Posted February 27, 2008 I'm not quite sure what you mean so I'll assume you mean this 9Key WSGA Quote
Delta68 Posted February 27, 2008 Author Posted February 27, 2008 Erm... no! There's a url provided by www.geocaching.com to which you add your TB's guid for including in webpages and it produces a little rectangle with your TB's picture on it, current location and distance traveled. I came across it by accident in one of these threads a few months ago but I can't find it now Quote
BlueDeuce Posted February 27, 2008 Posted February 27, 2008 Try this out: http://img.geocaching.com/stats/tb.htm It works like this: http://img.geocaching.com/stats/tb.aspx?guid=[travel bug guid] for example: http://img.geocaching.com/stats/tb.aspx?gu...5d-9e2a63df15a5 These don't work in this forum since images can't be dynamic. But you can include them on your own page. More info about it here. Quote
Delta68 Posted February 27, 2008 Author Posted February 27, 2008 Yay! That's it! Thanks BlueDeuce, I'll try not to lose it this time Quote
Delta68 Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 Is this functionality still being supported? It works ok for our older trackables but not more recently activated ones for example if I try this one straight in a browser window http://img.geocaching.com/stats/tb.aspx?gu...18-02133bd8fdfa I get this error: XML Parsing Error: no element foundLocation: http://img.geocaching.com/stats/tb.aspx?gu...18-02133bd8fdfa Line Number 1, Column 1: ^ but our gingerbread man works fine: http://img.geocaching.com/stats/tb.aspx?gu...df-81f7e04b6d2a Quote
BlueDeuce Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Does that bug have a photo loaded in the description? Quote
bockyPT Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 Sorry to revive this old thread, but I haven't found any recent one regarding this subject. Is it possible to make these images display kilometers instead of miles? Quote
