I'd list it as a traditional cache.

 

If you tell people the location of the _______, you probably have a 2 star difficulty, 2.5 star terrain cache.

 

If you make no mention of the ____, I'd say it's probably 4 or 4.5 star difficulty.

 

If you mention the _______ but don't give the location of the _________, maybe 3 stars for difficulty.

Actually the most common way to do this is to post the coordinates of the ________ and let the searchers find theri way to the cache from there. In that case it should be listed as a multi cache, being that it's an offset.

Perhaps you can hide a small container at the posted coordinates with instructions.

But wouldn't that make it too easy? Then it would be a 2/2.

 

I'm thinking about keeping my mouth shut (except for the hint) and making it a 4/2.
