If you load it into Mapsource you can see the outline of the island, and outlines of the major towns ... no contours, no roads, no nothing. It's not selectable as a tile, much like Ireland, part of which is visible as well when you view it. Quote Link to comment

City Navigator Europe does however have detailed roads et al for IOM as does Metroguide Europe too. You can preview all the maps on offer in full detail via the Garmin website. Just select the map you want to preview from the pull down list. Thanks I didn't really want IoM roads, I was more interested in the Topo maps. I understand that (if it ever arrives) my new Colorado 300 will have some sort of worldwide base mapping. I've checked the Garmin mapping website before & have found it very confusing, For instance the GB Topo map can be previewed to show the IoM, so I don't really trust the preview software. Although I'm a GPS newbie, I'm surprised about how complicated the mapping range is & how it's not possible from the website to figure out exactly what is displayed in the mapping software on the GPS unit.
