ckaylor26 Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 1)When you're on the page looking at your signal strength, what does it mean when you get a D onto of the bar? 2) On the compass page, on the upper right side of the compass I have a 0.25...anyone know what that means? Thanks. Quote
gallet Posted February 2, 2008 Posted February 2, 2008 D means differential correction using WAAS, which is strange because I get it sometimes in Australia even though we don't have WAAS. the .25 refers to the units you are using. Probably .25 miles. It shows up when you are using the compass in 'Course' mode rather than 'Bearing' mode. The .25 notches indicate how far you have strayed from the course line. Quote
