Hey, I see there is a program called Cachemate that can make it so you can download info onto my palm. How does this work? Does it save the coordinates on there too as well as the info and clue? Anyone have any experience with this program?

Yes, it stores everything plus much more. Best Palm caching program out there, IMO.

Works great. I use it all the time. Works with Benchmarks also.

 

Also works perfectly with GSAK, which can write the format files that Cachemate needs.

 

THE way to go paperless, IMHO.

I have used it for years for "semi" paperless caching. It does not display images, but does a great job with all required text.

+1 for Cachemate. I using a Palm Pilot IIIxe running version 4.0 OS. In fact I just purchased two more Palm Pilot IIIxe off eBay (both including shipping for under $30); one for my wife and second for a backup in case one gets broken or simply fails.
