Wherigo environment on a Colorado/GPS

In the context of a cartridge running on a Colorado are any of the native Colorado objects (like waypoints, tracks, geocaches, etc) available to you as a cartridge writer? I'm assuming not but I wondered if there were abstractions for dealing with any of these types of platform specific objects.

The application is independent from the other functionality of the Colorado, so you can't write out a GPX file with another waypoint or read in tracks (for example). I can see some interesting implications of reading this data but it isn't there today.
