I think you are going to need a program called "cachemate", or some similar program, but that'll give you something to google and read on until someone else responds...

I think there is another software package for the handhelds besides cachemate, but I don't use them, so I can't tell you for sure...

I have a axim and I use gpx sonar . This is a very easy to use drag and drop program.

Generate your gpx file. hotysync your axim .Open explore on you axim and drag the gpx file into gpx sonar . This is a free program . It shoulnt be to hard to find .

Gpx sonar will except pocket queries or single files . To look at a cache tap on gpx sonar on your axim and the list will open . . By pressing and holing on the unopened cache you can mark as center or look at hints . To look at the logs tap once and file will open as normal.

If I can help further let me Know .

ya what he said. :) you need a program to display the cache info.

I have an axim too, and I love it.

I fell on top of it on a rock during my last trip, and didn't even scratch it. ...though I wouldn't count on that.

I usually use it for caching when I don't want to bring my "real" gps, though the CF gps that plugs into my axim is about 10 times as accurate as my Garmin.

your garmin is a cf GPS too.

that just means it plugs into the compact flash slot (instead of using bluetooth)

you can use it (I'd bet) for finding geocaches once you install geocaching software. I use mine with tomtom for roads, and some other software for geocaching (I don't even know which software I use, but it works fine.)

Axiom is the greatest thing... you can make a pocket query, download the waypoints, find the geocache, watch a movie while you are there, listen to mp3s on the hike back, then log your find and email your friends to brag about it all in the same gadget without even turning on a computer.

I use a BT gps, and a palm treo windows mobile ppc...Beeline GPS is a pretty good app for the ppc - it will take gpx/loc and other files, and also has great gps functionality - including caching specific features, wp averaging etc.
