BF750 Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 (edited) Total noob here, I've been lurking since christmas and the only thing I can't figure out here is how to switch to the topo map from city navigator in the unit. I have read the manual and still cannot figure it out. Basically after I create a waypoint and use city nav to get me to the general area I want to swtch to topo to create tracks and then track back. +Chuy! Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 I have found in my Vista HCx when you have City Nav and Topo together, City Nav is the default mapset. When you unselect it, Topo takes over. To unselect: from the map page, hit menu, then Setup Map, move over to "i" (Information). Move down into the Map Name and unselect the name of the mapset for which you want Topo to be viewed. On my Vista, the street maps are on top and the Topo maps on the bottom. Topo is already selected; so, you only need to unselect Ciy Nav. Quote Link to comment
