Updating my profile

I just took the plunge and became a premium member. How do i add the colorful maps and charts that I have seen on others profiles?

I'm using GSAK with a companion macro program that generates the statistics

One of the easiest ways is to load your Pocket Query onto this site:

ItsNotAboutTheNumbers.com

 

You will have the option to generate maps, graphs, etc. and copy the HTML to your profile.

Here is one...Put this in your "Profile Details". The "Visited = " is the state "MN NY WI IL IA"...just add the 2 character state code whenever you do a new state.

You can read more about the GSAK "FindStats" macro in the GSAK Support Forums at gsak.net. This isn't really a Geocaching.com feature request.

Do you know if there is a similar map to that but for counties within a state? I don't see myself getting many states beyond about 8 along the East Coast. I live in South Carolina which is small enough that I can see myself getting one in each county.

You may look at different Geocacher's profiles to see if they are using for maps.

 

I looked quickly at some and ran across this Geocacher. He has state and county statistics and mentioned that he was using a particular site:

I am happy that someone found my profile example to be useful. I spent a lot of time putting it together. You will also see that many of my caching goals for the year are based upon the INATN website. It's made caching fun in new ways!

I definately prefer the maps displayed by ItsNotAboutTheNumbers over GSAK or any World66 based program. I've been trying to get lignumaqua and The Cheeseheads to do some collaboration because they both have great tools.

Recently INATN has stopped working for me though. So sad
