+Rose_Thorn
I've already done part of it and found four of the caches, I think, but since then Wicker has added a few more caches to this moorland epic! I fancy doing the whole route and bagging the remaining caches but thought it would be more fun with a few companions. Anyone interested in meeting up on a Saturday to do this? Bogs a-plenty guaranteed! Quote Link to comment

Hiya Rosethorn You might be best asking this one on the NW Geocachers site - they advertised for meet ups to go caching on Anglezarke and round loaf too I believe.... http://www.nwcaching.co.uk/forum/ Quote Link to comment
+wigglesworth
Can you add a link to the hike - may be interested but it depends on how long and strenuous it is!! Peter Quote Link to comment
+mongoose39uk
The first one is here: Wicker's Hike 1 There are quite a few to do on the moor and nearby hills. Six to Seven hours should see you with 34 under your belt after about a 12 mile walk. Not massively strenuous but one you need to be well prepared for particularly at this time of year. +Haggis Hunter
Why not organise it as an event, as long as you have somewhere to meet afterwards that anyone can go to then it should be allowed. There have been a few of these in Scotland and they go down a treat. As an example the last one was The Cobbler Edit to add that I have made a bookmark of the 8 events that have been held. You can view it here if you wish. Edited January 13, 2008 by Haggis Hunter Quote Link to comment

+Rose_Thorn
Thank you, some good ideas there. Thanks folks for putting in the links and to Mongoose for the map - that's clever! (I can't do stuff like that!) Hmm, will have a think about the event idea - there is a handy hostelry not too far down the road! Quote Link to comment

+The Cache Hoppers
If it fits in with one of my jaunts up norf and childcare arrangements I am definitely up for it. NW forums would be a really good place to drum up some more daft beggars to join in, Liane Quote Link to comment

Was just pulling my boots on when he pulled up and told me "You can f***ing move THAT". He then proceeded to explain how he DID own the layby and was at the very least going to block me in if I didn't move my car. Tosser. Quote Link to comment
