Caching Pursuit - Coming Soon & A cointest

WWC-World's Worst Cacher

Recommended Posts

In the next day or two this coin will go up for sale at Hogwild Stuff.

Coin Description & Background

The Game Trivial Pursuit was introduced in 1982 and was almost an instant hit. In the original game the questions ranged from weird to simple, from easy to hard. Since it was initially offered for sale a number of other editions have been issued including: a 90’ edition, SNL DVD edition, Pop Culture and even a Lord of the Rings edition.

Will there ever be geocaching edition? Hard to say. Regardless, this is our geocaching / geocoin tribute to the Trivial pursuit of caching.

The Cointest

Got to thinking . . . . . there might be a need to do one or more additional coins with new questions. Here is the contest. Post a geocaching question that could go on a V2 coin. The cointest will be open until Monday, January January 14 at 5:00 pm PSD.

I pick the question I like best and the first person who submits that question will win a Gold LE of the V1 coin.

On what date did Selective Availability cease?

What did the government also call Selective Availibility?

Who hid the first geocache?

Where was it hidden?

What was it called before it was known as a geocache?

What were the first items hidden in that cache?

Yeah I can spell - edit

How about - What is the most cryptric Geocoin ever made:

and Who Designed it??

A = Enigma - Dave Mars

(Really on my WANTS list)

Try deciphering Redwing Dave's DaVinci Challenge coins. I don't think anyone solved that puzzle spread across 3 coins. Tough one for sure.

You got me there - so send me a set over and I will give it a try? Love Dan Brown.
