Short version: I have an Explorist 500. I bought Topo Canada - Ontario from the Magellan web site. I put in my serial number & downloaded. Now I get some kind of security error every time I try to load the map. I put the serial number that's under the "About" menu on the GPS. Seems that they wanted the serial number that's on the sticker inside the battery compartment. Who would have thought. I use the serial number that's under the "About" menu on the GPS when I use Topo USA 3D. Thanks for any help you may give. Quote Link to comment
