+Bull Moose
I'm looking for a street navigator that I can load geocaching waypoints into. Any suggestions? It looks like it might be hard to do easily. I saw the Magellan crossover, but am looking for more of a pure street navigator that I can use in conjunction with my handheld: I more or less want to have it for road trips where I can be driving, spot a cache on the map, and hop out and use my eXplorist to actually find the cache. I'm usually a Magellan guy, but would be willing to go with a Garmin or TomTom or anything else if it is the right unit. Quote Link to comment
+Miragee
Check out the Garmin Quest. I understand those are more Geocaching-friendly than some of the other choices, and are more durable than the Nuvi. Quote Link to comment
+TrailGators
Check out the Garmin Quest. I understand those are more Geocaching-friendly than some of the other choices, and are more durable than the Nuvi. There is also a Quest II. However, the new Nuvis are loaded with cool features. You could use one in the car and have a cheaper handheld GPS (ebay) for the trail.... Edited December 30, 2007 by TrailGators Quote Link to comment
