FT-8800r Base Instalation

I'm planning to install my FT-8800r as a base unit. Ive got an Astron RS-12A Power Supply and a Diamond X-30 antenna. I am confused over proper grounding, particularly of the antenna and its supporting mast. My ideal setup would be to have the antenna mounted on the edge of the roof (using brackets to mount a mast to running up the wall with the antenna mounted to that mast just above roof line) with the coax running through a window to the radio. What considerations do I need to make regarding grounding? Any other advice?
