+Nurse 1
I bought an iPAQ 3635 and wondered what programs are compatible with this PDA. I'm using a Dell laptop Windows XP. Can I use Cachemate (the newest version) with this PPC even though it's an older version? Also, do I need to download an up to date version of ActiveSync? (Or do I need to utilize my old desk top clunker [windows 98]) Quote Link to comment
+SUp3rFM & Cruella
We have a IPAQ 3850, running Windows PPC2003. It has a bluetooth connection, so we use it with a GPS BT antenna. It runs TomTom perfectly. At the same time, we use GPX Sonar for handling the PQs. I'm guessing you can have the same on that model. I'd also suggest installing the lateste activesync. +StarBrand
I'm not sure that will run cachemate or GPXSonar or GPXView. Windows CE 3.0 is pretty old. I think Win PPC 2002 is minimum on all of those. Quote Link to comment
+Renegade Knight
GPX View may run on something that old. Quote Link to comment

+Blaidd-Drwg
I recently bought a Compaq 3950 on Ebay along with an upgrade of the stock 2002 OS to 2003. It seems to run Cachemate without any problems. I still need to give it a field trial, but I like the look. I've been using a Palm T5 for a couple of years without any major troubles. Sometimes it's hard to read in direct sunlight. Quote Link to comment
