+Stan&Ruth Posted December 16, 2007 Share Posted December 16, 2007 For the last several days we can't open messages from Geocachers who are making a log entry of one of our caches. Messages through Geocaching.com from those contacting us come through fine. The problem is computer independent and browser independent (Internet explorer 6 or 7 and Firefox) at least for the three we have tried. Comcast can't explain it and they see the same problem if they look at the messages in our account. Is anyone else having the same problem? Does anyone know what is different between the LOG messages and Contacting messages? Does anyone know of anything that changed on the servers at Geocaching.com between Wednesday and Thursday (Dec 12 & 13)? We can open the messages through another application such as Yahoo mail with their POP mail downloader from our Comcast account. Link to comment
