+Unbearable Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 (edited) Well I'm an Asst. Scoutmaster and an Advisor of a Venturing Crew. Was looking for "Cachin Scouters". And do you take the groups out caching? Where? Which Ones? I also am getting ready to release My first TB theme for Order of the Arrow. Does anyone know of any scout themed caches or bugs? Looking for stories on scouts geocaching. Yours in Caching Edited December 15, 2007 by Unbearable Quote

+emb021 Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 I have a bookmark list of several scouting related caches: http://www.geocaching.com/bookmarks/view.a...bd-3347eb0605fc Am always trying to add additional ones. Others have given several resources for scouting & geocaching. They do geocaching/scouting training at Philmont Training Center now. I will be involved with a geocaching event at a large camporee in my area in a couple of months. As to coins, I am aware of 3 scouting related geocoins. One was issues by a Venturing Crew that geocaches, Crew 4485. I have 2 coins issues by a Troop in Hoxie, Kansas as a Jamboree fundraiser. Quote
