So here's the deal, and let's try to keep this between just us  .

This morning I did something in the wee hours of the morning with LeNore of DresselDragons that I have never done with her before. It began in the dark and didn't finish till the sun was well up. My wife was still at home asleep when we started, but surprisingly, her husband knew about it. Actually he was even encouraging us on. By the time we were done, Cubby (TMOCM) arrived. As I sat back trying to get the feeling back in all my body parts, I informed him he was too late, but LeNore at least gave him a play by play which brought a smile to his face. Let me add that LeNore can attest she is now one of the most satified women in all of Pittsburgh this morning.

Your mission is to guess exactly what we did this morning and where we did it. A second cointest will follow this one, and will be based off this correct info here.

No edits.

10 minutes between guesses.

First guess right wins a coin of my choice.

No whinning. I have last say in what consitutes a correct answer.

DresselDragons and TMOCM are not allowed to play along.

I will check in later to see where we are at.

P.S. I might award a few coins for creativity as well  !

Went after a night multi cache in a freezing rain/sleet storm. Got stopped by a raging torrent of a river. Decided to ford it rather than go around! Made it over the river (only falling in twice, once each) but, you each lost one shoe. so, you being the gentleman you are gave your shoe to LeNore. Unfortunately she is size 6 and you are size 14 but she slopped on in it anyway. Found first leg.

The sleet finally stopped, but the temperature dropped alarmingly. Still you pushed on! Saw several pair of glowing eyes ahead of you....bravely fought off a pack of squirrels and continued on your way way. Found second leg.

Suddenly you found yourselves teetering on the brink of a cliff! No choice, but to use your numbed fingers and toes(LeNore took off the shoes and tied them around together by the laces and you hung them around your neck, to save her the extra weight) Inch by inch you climbed down the cliff, with only a few slips and scrapes (rocks are very unforgiving).

At last! The final leg was in sight!! you eagerly run to it, but your hands and fingers are too numb and scraped up to open it....After dozens of tries you finally get it...FTF. HOORAY!! It was all worth it...

It is starting to get light, this cache took all night! Just then you see the nice smooth path....

A new cache was published 50 miles from home. The weather was horrible, with hail, sleet, freezing rain, and snow. Visibility was less than 3 yards. However, the cache page listed a prize so great even the queen of england would be amazed, so it was one you had to go for. You drove the first 30 miles, crawling along at less than 5 mi/hr. Then your car breaks down, and you decide to hike the last 20 miles. You don seal skin parka's and 12 layers of hats and gloves to brave the 50 mi/hr wind and -40 F temperature. you realize its stupid to walk along at a slow 3 mi/hr, so you build a giant sail from the fabric of the seats of your car. You chop off the roof of your car, and make it like a giant sled, attaching teh sail in the middle. You snow sail the last 20 miles, going almost 50 mi/hr, and crash into a giant talking tree (the last living Ent), and find your sail sled smashed to smithereens. You are able to run outside of the grasp of the Ent, but your GPS is pointing right back towards it. As if the challenge wasnt great enough already, you find yourself getting frostbite, but cant bear to turn back when you are so close. You use a flare gun to distract teh ent, and dodge through its flailing arms to its trunk. You climb around the tangled, gnarled roots, looking for the Ammo Can you know is there somewhere. You hear a clink of metal as your steel toed boot finds a knotch to step in. BUT OH NO, the flare gun has run out, and the Ent doesnt like his new company. You try to grab the ammo can, but it is frozen in place!!! you pull out your Zippo lighter, and melt the ice holding hte ammo can in place. Just as the ent winds up to punch you teh ammo can frees. you grab it and RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. U have lost your zippo in the mess, but you dont think that matters. When you are a safe 40 miles away you look to see what your prize is. You go to open the ammo can, only to find it frozen shut. You take your bowie knife and cut through the metal of the box. INside you find a horde of 1,287 geocoins, along with a winning $1,000,000 lottery ticket. You take your amazing find and hitchhike home....

:anitongue: You were up late last night looking a geocoins. All of sudden you hear a loud beep! What could it be? Finally you check your email it's from Dressel Dragons. Lenore wants to get together! So, you email Tmocm. Its planned you guys are going to go out sledding in the snow! You meet Lenore up at a popular sledding hill. Soon you get bored. So you guys decide to make it more interesting. First person to reach the bottom gets a coin of their choice only this time you decide to take a different path. Zoom! Off you go Lenore is in the lead! You kick off a tree and take first place. Oh no! Suddenly you feel wet and you stopped moving! Now Lenore is right beside you. Where are we you ask? Then suddenly you realise that you went into the lake that was down the road! WOW shocker! Slowly you go over to the side but fall in at the attempt. You pull Lenore over and got out to huge headlights. It's Tmocm, he was wondering where you guys went when he finally got there after purchasing a sled. He drives you back to the car and takes you guys out for hot chocolate! <_<

You went to the Holiday Inn where GCF '08 is going to be held and staged a Goldilocks & the Three Bears production, though you ended up being short a bear. You played Papa Bear and enlisted the front desk clerk to play Mama Bear. Cubby was supposed to play Baby Bear but he got there too late (he has to stop to buy himself some diapers – Christmas shopping hours today - and the line was just so long at checkout he had to break into that diaper pack!). LeNore played the role she was made for, Goldilocks. She meandered into the dining room and she ate up all the porridge in the, even the too hot dish. Still hungry, she made her way into the kitchen and scoffed all the porridge in the pot and the incredulous cook just looked on his mouth agape. Feeling the need to rest her very full tummy, she waddled to the lobby and proceeded to try to find the most comfortable spot to sit. Goldie sat on all the chairs in the lobby breaking all but the smallest of them which turned out to be just right to hold her weight, but just a tad too small to hold the porridge expanded belly. Finally, realizing that she was exhausted from her feeding frenzy & chair breaking she shuffled off to the rooms to find the most comfortable bed of all. Stealthily stealing the room keys from behind the desk (since you had the desk clerk, ahem, otherwise engaged) Goldie snuck into every room that she could, sometimes disturbing the sleeping patrons (the screams could be heard for miles), sometimes cuddling up with them to snooze. Hearing the screams you came out from the back room with the desk clerk. You ran to the dining room and kitchen and saw the mess Goldie left behind. In the lobby the clerk was crying over the broken chairs. You told her to use them for firewood. Wait! What was a that sound? A loud sound. A sniffle. A snort. A snore. Yes, could it be? You ran from floor to floor and room to room trying to track it down! Finally, in room 222 you found Little Miss Goldie all cozied up under the covers snoring away, oblivious of Papa & Mama Bear gaping at her noisy sounds. Well you just tested your theory that you do not want to eat, sit or sleep in the same room as Dressel Dragons. As the police sirens could be heard closing in, you grabbed the sleeping Goldie, flung her over you shoulder and ran to the parking lot. There you espied Cubby just pulling into the hotel lot. You flagged him down as the police siren wails were growing closer, opened the door, threw the Sleeping Goldie into the back seat (she was fine – the diapers cushioned her fall), jumped in the front seat and told Baby Bear to floor it ‘cause the coppers were close on your tail. As you prepared to regale Cubby with your tale you stuck your hand out the window and told the clerk thanks, “See you next week when we stage the Princess & the Pea story.” Don’t forget to buy the peas was what she think she heard but it won’t be her doing it - the desk clerk plans to quit her job this week.

This is just perfect, the only problems was it was in room 266 !!!!
