+dejal
http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.as...94-a3ad3d8d7b73 is currently in http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...78-522dab4d7284 I'm tempted to grab it and move it if I KNEW there was cache in the same general area which is my home turf (or N. CONN.) or the Scranton PA area (going there is 2 weeks). If you know of one, let me know. If this TB is still there, I'll grab it. This is the biggest container I've come across. Caches (and TBs) this size are few and far between. Quote Link to comment
+BlueDeuce
You'll have to keep trying locally or keep hitting events. I can think of only one cache in Eastern Iowa that I could leave it. BBTB don't move that fast, at least not on level ground. Quote Link to comment
+Kit Fox
My favorite BB TB is "Chain Chomp." There are many over sized TBs found in this thread Biggest Known Bug. Often times, the oversized TBs are hidden next to the cache, rather than in it. Quote Link to comment
nonaeroterraqueous
If you can't place it, then you can always take it to an event and let someone else have it. Quote Link to comment

knowschad
If it can get as far as MN, we've got at least three that I know of here that can take it, with room to spare. Quote Link to comment
rogheff
And on it's way to Minnesota, it can stop off at the Illinois/Wisconsin state line area. Quote Link to comment

+Ambrosia
Another posiblity that I've heard people do, is to find a cache that's well of the beaten path of regular people (out in the woods away from any trails), and put the TB right next to the cache. Quote Link to comment

Caches (and TBs) this size are few and far between. A query show only 3 caches designated as "large" within 30 miles of Scranton, and they're all difficult hiking multi's. And I'm not even familiar with them, just going by the "large" designation. I do like the suggestion of hiding it next to an out of the way cache in the woods. For example, I've seen 3 or 4 TB's that were ammo boxes (one of them a .50 cal). Quote Link to comment
+g0t0pless
I know of a cache big enough to hold a bowling ball. It's a little north of scranton though. If you're interested, let me know and I will tell you where it is. Quote Link to comment

NightShift79
Or... Place your own cache that can hold one? i was just going to suggest this, but i also have a suggestion for the container. one time we came across a cache that was a 20 lb kitty litter pail. i dont know how kitty litter is packaged in other areas, but where i'm from we can get it in these large, tall, square pails that have flat lids and wire handles. that type of container ought to hold a bowling ball no problem. +Sileny Jizda
We've got one big enough for the ball bug. It's located in Millersburg, OH. If it's of any interest to you. It's a drive and drop cache. GC14JHF Edited November 28, 2007 by Sileny Jizda Quote Link to comment
