nonaeroterraqueous
You mean something like an urban cache? Is it on private or public property? Quote Link to comment
+wiseye
What do you mean "planted"? Quote Link to comment
+Harry Dolphin
If it meets the guidelines, one in your neighborhood will be far easier to maintain than one further away. Five of my caches are within 2.5 miles from home. Those are much easier to maintain! Quote Link to comment

+BlessedBees
Everywhere is somebody's "neighborhood." What exactly do you mean? Quote Link to comment
+StarBrand
Did you read the guidelines? I mean really read and get to know them? Does your cache fall within all the guidelines? If yes - then it will be published. Quote Link to comment
+Rattlebars
I got one in my back yard just inches over the property line in the woods and, believe it or not, it's on a road! (but the road never got completed and dead ends about .1 mile from the cache). There's a cache over in PA that a neighbor asked the cacher to place one on his property (Judy,Judy,Judy) Sure, there are tons of them. Quote Link to comment
