Hi all. I have a basic question i suppose would be a matter of opinion for a lot of people, however i would like to seek your opinion on which mapping system would be best for Geocaching based on your experience.

Q. what is better for Geocaching Metro Guide or City Navigator

Thanks

Greg.

Oh bye the way i am fairly new to geocaching and this is not for survey purposes or anything like that.

Cheers ;)

Hm, since no one else has answered yet - I use city navigator because it gives me on-road, turn-by-turn directions to the area of the geocache. Once out of the car, I recalculate the route off-road, so that there's just an arrow and a distance approximation to the cache.

I suppose what to buy depends on whether your gpsr has auto-routing capabilities.

There might be more info on the topic at the australian geocaching site, http://geocaching.com.au/
