We will be hiding about 20-30 caches in the area. We will furthermore be doing a little bit of questionares and puzzles with regards to school stuff like Biology, Science, Maths etc. We will also just be having a lekka lunch and some good quality kuier. Lets hope that you do not publish them and clean them out after the event; we dont want geo-litter. "Rally geocaching" is fun and all, but I don't think caches from these event should be logged or published. Isnt one of the rule of an event that cachers should not get together to find caches??? We will also just be having a lekka lunch and some good quality kuier. This sounds better. Will see if I can rope in some others and maybe join for one of your lekker lunches. (the food at the last event was unexpected and Great!) Quote Link to comment
+CrystalFairy
If you are prepared to maintain the caches and they are at nice spots why not publish them... We have done so for the last 3 events we published and comparing them to all our other caches, these get far more finds and very nice reponses.. Make up your own mind... Quote Link to comment

+Carbon Hunter
Notblonde How did the Event go? Give us some feedback. Also - on the caches in the middle of nowhere theory. It now gives cachers and additional reason to head out that way. Like crsytal fairy mentioned. The caches left over after the Badplaas event made for a great day or two while we were there a few weeks back. Quote Link to comment
