gallet
I uploaded some poi's into my HCx to test it but now I can't remove them. I tried emptying the poi folder and reloading but that didn't work. There doesn't seem to be any option in the poi loader for removing poi's from the unit. And there is no 'delete' poi's menu item on the HCx. I'm stumped. Quote Link to comment
dogwalkers2
I think when you reload with POI loader, you have to send at least one POI for it to rewrite the file, so you can't delete them all. Additionally, I know you can rename the POI files on the GPS itself, so you may want to try deleting that file using the GPS as a storage device. That should get rid of them all. Motorcycle_Mama
Or you can delete the POI.GPI file from your unit which will delete all the Custom POIs that you have loaded. Quote Link to comment
