I think that Cache_Test_Dummies has hit it on the head! You are apparently trying to add a sig line to your post, and perhaps one which contains trading/seeking info for "trackables". Aha! Well... First, as CTD has reminded you, there is a pre-existing thread pinned at the top of the GS forum for that purpose, but also... a hint: once you have created sig text, it is necessary for your to log out of the forums and then to log back into them from your main account at Geocaching.com for the changes to be updated in the database so that the sig line may show on your posts.
