States/Provinces in Pocket Queries

We've recently had States/Provinces added as a feature, many thanks to TPTB!

 

My query relates to the Pocket queries now received.

 

For caches that have had the State/Province maintained, the GPX file shows it as None. For caches not maintained, a Nil entry is displayed. If I create an individual GPX from the cache page the State is included.

 

Why is the State/Province data not populated correctly in PQ's?

As a duplicate thread has been posted on the topic, it's clearly an issue in South Africa, no-one else having this issue?

We have the same problem in Germany.

I already opened a support ticket for the issue.
