+dookie2000ca
Our personal coin has finally arrived! Mercury (or Jimmy as well call him) is the mascot of the Canadian Signals branch and is the messenger of the gods. The latin text above him says "From Semaphore to Satellites" and the lower text reads "Swift, Skilled, Alert" which are our mottos. The reverse of the coin shows all of our methods of transportation while caching. The coin is trackable with icon: It is our intent to just offer these up for trades. Seeking list is in our sig line. If a coin isn't in our list, we'll still consider it of course. Thanks for looking! Quote Link to comment

+wavector
very nice coin!! email sent! That is a nice looking coin dookie, I look forward to seeing it at the GeocoinFest Multi Event (Alberta) gathering. I suspect you are going to get a fair number of trade offers! Quote Link to comment
+Landsharkz
'Someone' from out of town (that's a hint) was here for a casual meeting of the geocoin minds on Monday and saw one of these coins laying on my desk waiting to be activated and said "Ah... Jimmy! That must be for a Signal Corps member, nice coin! I used to be in the Signal Corps". Who said this to me? A prize of something shiny and trackable that's not for sale and hasn't been publicly announced will be sent off forthwith to whomever guesses correctly. By the way, we have the dookie coin for sale on our site for $9.00. They've been flowing steadily out the door with other coin orders but I just realized that I'd forgotten to announce we had it amongst our offerings! Quote Link to comment
+Landsharkz
First guess by e-mail of Whitebear... good guess, but wrong. Must be some telepathy going on because Whitebear was here visiting yesterday! Edited September 12, 2007 by Landsharkz Quote Link to comment
+Landsharkz
Second guess of spud502 is also wrong. The person I'm referring to was here from out of town... they took a plane to get here Quote Link to comment

+Landsharkz
Guess by e-mail of 911turbos. 911turbos would take a ferry to visit us, not a plane, so no sorry that's also not correct. Quote Link to comment

RSFish1 Now that would be something and he'd be very welcome! I don't think his flight from the UK would detour to Victoria BC though. Quote Link to comment
