Do you perhaps make use of telkom as service provider for it is known that they block Groundspeak's e-mail as spam. My advise is that you sign up at a place like Google Mail. Them use that address as your alternative e-mail address when doing the Pocket queries - nearer to the bottom of the page where they ask you for the destination and other options on the pocket query. Should arrive in minutes at this alternative address. You could change your profile to this new address also, it worked for me! Please keep us informed about progress. Quote Link to comment
