Wazat
My son has to do a project at school tomorrow on technology, so I suggested GPS but we need info in Afrikaans. Short notice I know but if anyone can help it would be great, any websites that we can look at? He is 10 years old so not too hard. Mom changed the subject earlier in the week but we have reverted back to GPS cause we found no info on her idea. Eish.... Last minute rushes.... Quote Link to comment
bear&fox
Not a great deal of info, but you can try this as one option... Good luck with the project. Quote Link to comment
GlobalRat
Contact geocacher.co.za, he had compiled a geocaching brouchure in Afrikaans at some stage. Edit: Just found the Link Edited August 29, 2007 by GlobalRat Quote Link to comment
warthog
GPS in Afrikaans is: Gaan Plek Soek , hope it helps, but I doubt Quote Link to comment
GlobalRat
Also try Geocaching Netherlands, although the project may turn into a translation exercise. Quote Link to comment
Wazat
Thanks guys. I think he is going to venture off the topic and tell the class what fun can be had with a GPS, like geocaching.... Quote Link to comment
