+CivilRightsCacher
I am moving from the Denver area to DC. I have approximately 6 caches hidden around the Denver area and need someone to maintain them since I am moving.... how do I go about finding people who would be willing to help out? Keystone
I'm moving your thread from Geocaching Topics forum to the West and Southwest forum. Helpful local cachers are more likely to see your request there. Quote Link to comment
+Kiwi Nomad
Look at who has placed other caches near yours, (where I live there is one cacher with more than others), you could try e-mailing them and asking if the would like to adopt them. Place a message on your cache pages saying they are available for adoption. Find out if there is a local group you alert to the fact the caches are available for adoption. Are there any one watching them? Place a note which would go out to all watchers that they are available to adopt, they may be locals who could look after them. Quote Link to comment
+Team FIREBOY
There is a group in COLO. is is called Geocaching Colorado or GCCO. Here is a link www.geocachingcolo.com If you go to their forums and post that you need someone to adopt your caches because of moving I think you will get replies. Quote Link to comment
