kentuckygirls Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 Just curious…Who has the largest geocoin collection? (including trackable and non-trackable coins) Quote
kentuckygirls Posted August 17, 2007 Author Posted August 17, 2007 Thanks. I was thinking more like M or GJ Quote
CachingCoins Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 I would bet it is AtlantaGal. Especially if you look at geocoincollection.com Quote
AtlantaGal Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 I would bet it is AtlantaGal. Especially if you look at geocoincollection.com Not for long, team ole omi still collects every coin in every metal. I gave that up well over a year and a half ago. I'm actually surprised she hasn't passed above me yet. Quote
Team Sand Dollar Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 The real question is who has the most coins to different designs. Different designs would be coins that use at least one different mold such as the MIGO TravelTag trackable coins and MIGO GC.Com trackable coins. This would exclude multiple finishes, paint combinations, for special engraving. As a starting point I would put my dads (Buffalo Wings) collection at over 1400 different coins. +Marky Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 If you go by who owns the most activated trackable geocoins, then we might be close to the top. Like AG, we stopped collecting every metal some time ago. We also stopped updating our geocoincollection and cointracking list a while ago, so we aren't anywhere close to the top if you are going by those lists. --Marky Quote
Marky Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 I just checked our profile, and we have 1028 unique icons activated. I have no idea who has the most. Quote

kentuckygirls Posted August 17, 2007 Author Posted August 17, 2007 My first guess was AtlantaGirl too. But then I thought about Marky and GoJaybee. And what about Moun10bike? Quote

If you don't keep a list somewhere, how do you remember what you have? I just keep a list of what I want. Everything not on the list is what I actually have. My want list is much, much shorter and easier to update. Quote
avroair Posted August 17, 2007 Posted August 17, 2007 AG? Antique Gold? Well, I was doing nicely with a small collection, but over the last 6 months it has grown (not blossomed) into something that my wife nags me about... I seem to have assembled over 2000 coins now... I think coinfusion used every metal and then some more... Quote
kentuckygirls Posted August 18, 2007 Author Posted August 18, 2007 Wow! That’s a collection I would like to see! Quote
