I upgraded to V4.something of Google Earth and didn't have the KML overlay anymore. I downloaded the KML and re-opened it, restarted Google Earth, and now everything is back to normal. You probably just need to delete the .klm file out of Google Earth, re-download it from Groundspeak, then reinstall it. I believe the .klm file expires after a set amount of time. Link to comment
