I think I made out the word, it was then where to send the information - 3 possibilties that I've found came to mind so I picked 1 of them - knowing me probably the wrong one.

 

So that's 3 international calls to discover I needed to send an email somewhere I have no idea of, to someone I don't know and even now not sure if I guessed the right one, asking for something I've only ever seen a blur of, and a number of them that I don't know how much it's going to be.
